Buyers acknowledge that:
- ergofurniture.com.au, being a furniture supplier, does not deliver to post office boxes, general post offices or parcel delivery services.
- Delivery is made by commercial couriers. Delivery times are estimated and may be subject to change. Precise delivery times are unavailable.
- Commercial couriers do not ring ahead and cannot take amended delivery instructions once an order is dispatched.
- Authority to leave at premises is provided. A re-delivery fee will apply in the event the goods cannot be left at the premises.
Should your delivery requirements be inconsistent with above, arrangements may be made to collect goods direct from our Sydney warehouse.
Special deliveries can also be arranged, at additional charge.
T&C Returns
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, less freight charges.
The item must be returned in “like new” condition, with all paperwork, packaging, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. Custom made or configured products are NOT RETURNABLE. Please note that the policies and process outlined in returns, also applies to defective items and those that may have been damaged during shipping.
